      When you suffer a big loss and put on a big show, it’s only right you get a pep talk from a big artist.
      A video surfaced of Jay Z and his best friend Ty Ty giving Kendrick Lamar a pep talk backstage at the Grammys. The black and white video shows Jay and Ty Ty patting Kendrick on the back and shaking his shoulders.
      We can’t really hear what they were saying, but clearly Jay and Ty are praising Kendrick and offering up some words of encouragement. While Kendrick didn’t win any awards last night, Jay Z nabbed an award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for “Holy Grail” featuring Justin Timberlake.
