WTF!? Drinking An Arizona Iced Tea In Public Could Get You Locked Up (VIDEO)

So, basically, this is how this situation goes.

Rapper Christopher "Xstrav" Beatty was waiting for his friends, drinking a can of Arizona Iced Tea in a parking lot.

A plain-clothes police officer approached him and asked what he was drinking. To which "X" (as his friends call him) replied..."An Arizona Ice Tea." Duh.

The cop probably assumed that it was an alcoholic beverage, because he didn't let up. He continued to demand that X hand over the drink, but X, skeptical because the cop never properly identified himself, refused.

When the cop couldn't get X to give him the can of iced tea, he did the next best thing; accused him of trespassing.

HUH?

Then there was a cameo from a real drunk man, who got away scot-free, then, X wasarrested AND the cop threatened to arrest his friends. The whole thing was weird and confusing and has lawsuit written all over it, but we'll let you be the judge.

Should he have just handed over the drink?
